It depends on the size, layout, roof style, and location. Basic horse shelters start around $7K. A full-size raised center aisle barn with stalls and vertical roofing can run $20K–$30K+. We quote based on your zip code and your actual layout—not cookie-cutter templates.

Here’s a rough idea based on use:

• 2–3 horses: 36×21 or 36×26
• Hay + equipment storage: 42×26 or 48×31
• Larger tractors + bulk feed: Start at 54×40+
  

Need stalls, overhangs, or extra clearance? We’ll design it with you.

• Utility barns have the same roof height across the whole structure and are ideal for general storage.
• Raised Center Aisle (RCA) barns have a taller center with two lean-tos on either side, allowing better airflow, natural light, and more interior options like lofts or tack rooms.

 We recommend:

• AstroFoil or radiant barrier: Works well for moderate climates
• Spray foam: Best for year-round use, especially if you’re adding power or HVAC
  Ask us what works best for your local weather and your building’s purpose. 

Most rural counties still require one, especially if your barn has a concrete foundation or is wired for electricity. We’ll supply stamped engineered plans, wind/snow loads, and anchoring specs for approval.
